• Wearing the NJROTC uniform is important and cadets are required to wear it once a week in the program. It signifies a commitment to the program and reflects positively on the NJROTC unit, the school, and yourself. The uniform represents the dignity of the Navy and is a key element of morale, pride, and discipline within the program. Not only that, cadets are inspected weekly in the Navy Service Uniform. Below is the standard issue for each cadet.

     

    Basic Uniform Issue

    • Cover
    • Khaki Shirt
    • Black Trousers
    • Belt w/ buckle (males only)
    • Shirt stays (males only)
    • Black Dress Shoes
    • Navy Physical Training Uniform (cadets will be issued 2 sets of these)
      • Navy t-shirt (yellow)
      • Navy shorts (blue)
